Our comprehensive analysis works through a 4 step Health Check analysis:

Safety ‘n Action review your existing Health and Safety Policies, Risk assessment and Hazard registers and associated documentation. We then prepare a detailed report on any changes required to bring your existing documents up to date with new legislative requirements. If this documentation needs to be developed, our industry experienced health and safety consultant will develop your documentation to align to your own industry best practice.
Based on the results of the review, a Training Needs Analysis will be undertaken. This helps you identify any Gaps or development areas to ensure the PCBU, Officers and Workers are holding the right qualifications and training for the work you carry out. A training schedule will be developed to ensure minimal downtime on your company production.
Safety ‘n Action offer a bespoke, holistic training delivery and evaluation process that allows your organisation to measure the results and ensure a return on their investment.

The evaluations are carried out over four stages and levels over a twelve month period:

  • Level 1: Trainee Reactions
  • Level 2: Learning
  • Level 3: Behaviour
  • Level 4: Results
Safety ‘n Action conduct a post consultation review with your organization. This quality review ensures that all aspects of the initial scope were covered. Any refinement or further consultancy needs are established at this stage.

Client Testimonials
As a result of the new health and safety legislation coming into place in April 2016, our companies decided to engage Safety n Action to rollout the Health and Safety Seminar to management and workers at a number of our company sites throughout New Zealand. Without exception all attendees agreed the presenter and course content was excellent, and reached the mark in the delivered message. As a result our companies have signed a memorandum of agreement with Safety n Action for future training needs. We are happy with the level of professionalism, knowledge and engagement Safety n Action presenters and administration staff offer, whenever we work with Safety n Action to ensure quality training for our companies.
