Gain clarity and an in-depth understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the Board and Management teams in relation to the Health and Safety at Work Act.

When it comes to Health and Safety, it is essential that the Board and Management teams of any organisation clearly understand their duties and responsibilities.
This seminar will guide you through current health and safety best practice and provide advice on what is required to fulfil your obligations as a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) or Officer of the PCBU.

The seminar is interactive and includes a number of table top exercises to review real workplace case studies that will challenge your knowledge and understanding of the Act and supporting regulations. The seminar will provide opportunities for you to raise and discuss any issues or concerns relevant to your workplace and consider practicable solutions to address these.

Students need to have 3 months of work experience in the industry prior to doing the course.
