Gain and understanding of your health and safety responsibilities to ensure the safety of visitors, friends, and whānau.

This seminar will help you to identify relevant legislation that may affect the Marae, including the difference between a volunteer worker, a volunteer association and the responsibilities and duties of a PCBU (Person or Company Business Undertaking). Practical activities will provide you with the ability to identify and manage risks, as well as the confidence to deal with a fire or emergency situation.

Please bring along your ID - We need to verify the identity of students in attendance, please bring ID with you on the day of training.
