    While many businesses are doing a good job at implementing their health and safety plan, it can still be a good idea to get an independent review. Use our Health and Safety Check to see how you rate against industry standards and to identify if you have any gaps in your plan or execution.

    One of our expert advisors will come and conduct the Health and Safety Check at your business.  You will be given a rating based on our Health Check framework and they will talk you through any gaps and recommendations.

  • Health and Safety Audit

    For medium to large businesses, it can be prudent to carry out a more in-depth Health and Safety Audit to AS/NZS 4801 standard. Our qualified auditors will come to your business and review your policies and procedures, as well as checking hazards and risk management strategies, to determine if these meet the required standards. On completion, you will be provided with an in-depth report and recommendations, which your auditor will take you through as well as answering any questions you may have.

  • Training Needs Analysis

    Based on the results of the health and safety audit a Training Needs Analysis can be undertaken. This helps you identify any gaps or development areas to ensure the Person Conducting Business or Undertaking (PCBU), Officers and Workers hold the right qualifications and training for the work you carry out. A training plan will be developed to ensure minimal disruption of your business.
    Once the training has been completed we begin an evaluation process that allows your organisation to measure the results and ensure a return on your investment.

    The evaluations are carried out over four stages and levels over a twelve-month period. You will receive a report at each stage of the process with a final summary of results on completion.

    • Level 1: Student Reactions
      Completed on the day of training to determine the degree to which students find the training enjoyable, engaging and relevant to their role
    • Level 2: Learning
      Around 6-8 weeks’ post training to determine the degree to which students acquire the intended knowledge, skills, attitude, confidence and commitment based on their participation in the training
    • Level 3: Behaviour
      Completed 4-6 months’ post training aimed at supervisor/manager level to determine the degree to which students have applied what they learned during training when they are back in the workplace and which behaviours have changed
    • Level 4: Results 
      The degree to which targeted outcomes and performance have improved as a result of the training and to quantify your return on investment
  • Health and Safety Management Seminar

    When it comes to health and safety, it is essential that the Board and Management team of any organisation clearly understand their roles and responsibilities. Our Health and Safety Management Seminar will guide you through the latest health and safety information and clearly identify where you need to focus to fulfil your role as a PCBU. The seminar is interactive, and provides plenty of time for questions and discussion.
