While Safety 'n Action join many other businesses by being heavily disrupted in these challenging times, we are still offering online and webinar based training options for those who have the opportunity or need to keep developing their health and safety knowledge. For all our customers, please see below for key information regarding Safety 'n Action's face-to-face training:

  • All face-to-face training has been cancelled for the duration of the mandated shut-down period. Safety 'n Action has enforced this as from March 24th - April 24th, though these timelines may be adjusted as new information comes through
  • Safety 'n Action is still operating a customer service team through a remote operating system. This means we are still available to answer any questions! It also means that we are working in very different environments than we are used to, and just like everyone else that may take some time to adjust to. Please bear with us as we respond to any queries or concerns as fast as we can
  • We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls to our 0800 222 388 number which is causing a connection failure for some callers. Feel free to reach out on Facebook or via email, and we will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as possible during business hours
  • Our webinar and online training options are available to you uninterrupted. Reach out to eLearning@safetynaction.co.nz
  • We will continue to communicate any news with significant impact to our customers via system generated email
