  4. Permit Receiver - Safe Work System Webinar

Delivered by webinar and accessible from anywhere in New Zealand, this course helps attendees gain the required knowledge and skills to work as a Permit Receiver under the Safe Work System.

This course ensures you have a comprehensive knowledge of Fonterra's Safe Work System, a particular permit system imperative for anyone working for or contracting to Fonterra.

The course material covers the essential roles involved in the Safe Work System, the mechanics of implementing the system and how to monitor its effectiveness in your role as a Permit Receiver. Tasks assessed include practical application of permits, including worksite inspection, isolation requirements and permit auditing procedures. It will ensure you are confident in applying for or accepting a work permit.

Note: this course is based on Fonterra's Safe Work System permits. If not working for or contracting to Fonterra, it is recommended that you complete a generic Permit Receiver course. Company specific options can be made available to companies that require training on their own permits. Just reach out to our Customer Service team.
