Sales Representative - Morrinsville (Contract)


We’re on the lookout for a confident, motivated sales professional to represent Safety 'n Action in Morrinsville. This is a contract role with flexibility to suit part-time or full-time availability – and it’s perfect for someone who thrives on building local connections and has the drive to turn conversations into results.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and uncovering new opportunities for health and safety training in the community. With uncapped earning potential and plenty of autonomy, this role rewards initiative and local knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • The ability to connect with a wide range of people and build long-term partnerships
  • Self-motivation and a high level of personal accountability
  • Confidence in phone-based and face-to-face conversations
  • Local knowledge of Morrinsville and the surrounding area (highly desirable)
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours depending on your availability
  • A current full NZ Driver Licence
  • New Zealand residency or a valid work visa

Sales Representative - Invercargill (Contract)


We're looking for a motivated, community-minded sales professional to represent Safety 'n Action in Invercargill and the wider Southland region. This contract role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, takes pride in their local knowledge, and is confident spotting opportunities and turning them into business.

You'll be managing existing client relationships and growing our reach – all while promoting training that genuinely makes a difference to safety and productivity in workplaces across the region. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, there's excellent earning potential through commission, backed by nationwide support and proven systems.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a sales-focused role
  • The ability to build trust and long-term relationships with a wide range of people
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable on the phone and in person
  • Local knowledge and existing networks in the Southland region (highly desirable)
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • A current full NZ Driver Licence
  • New Zealand residency or a valid work visa
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis
  • Flexibility for part-time or full-time hours depending on your availability
