Here’s what Dan has to say about his passion for connecting with people, improving safety culture, and helping businesses across South Auckland thrive.
Dan joined Safety ’n Action in October 2025 as the Relationship Manager for Auckland South and East. He brings a Bachelor of Communication Studies and a strong background in sales across FMCG, retail, hospitality and manufacturing, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what makes Kiwi businesses tick.
Before joining us, Dan spent four years working aboard luxury super yachts across Spain, France, Italy, the Caribbean and New Zealand. That experience sharpened his attention to detail and exposed him to a wide range of safety practices in high-pressure environments.
Dan thrives on collaboration. His approach is all about asking the right questions, building genuine partnerships, and tailoring training solutions that add real value. He is passionate about helping organisations improve safety outcomes while creating safer, smarter and more confident teams.
Outside of work, Dan is a proud dad who loves spending time with his young daughter and tackling DIY or craft projects whenever he gets the chance. He is a lifelong learner, always looking for ways to improve himself, and has been consistently practising French and Spanish over the last few years.
