With almost four years at Safety 'n Action, Sharleena has built a strong foundation through roles in customer service, sales support, and now as a Relationship Manager for the Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough regions. Driven by a passion for learning and development, she is motivated by the impact our training has. Helping people stay safe and get home to their whānau each day is what drives her.
Known for being curious and an active listener, Sharleena builds genuine relationships with clients by asking the right questions and understanding their specific training needs. She enjoys the trust that comes with these connections and loves the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries across the region.
Outside of work, Sharleena is a qualified personal trainer and spends much of her time coaching others at the gym. When she’s not working or training, you’ll likely find her catching a sunrise, running trails, travelling, or relaxing at home with her cat, Shady (pictured below).
