Leti joins Safety 'n Action with more than 15 years in sales across the telecommunications and FMCG industries, where he built a successful career in territory management and business development. Throughout his career he has worked closely with businesses of all sizes, developing strong customer relationships and creating solutions tailored to their needs. For Leti, good business starts with understanding people asking the right questions, listening to what matters and building genuine long-term partnerships.
His longstanding interest in construction and the trades made the move into health and safety training a natural next step, and what excites him most about Safety 'n Action is the opportunity to do work that has real impact helping businesses develop their people, strengthen their safety culture and make sure everyone gets home safely.
Born and raised in Auckland, Leti is a proud Tongan Kiwi with family roots in Ha'apai, Tonga and Newark, New Jersey. Outside of work you'll find him at church, in the gym, working on something around the house or indulging his passion for cars and motorcycles. Family, faith and community are a big part of who Leti is.
