Jason Tainsh has more than 15 years of experience across leadership and operational roles in the finance, training, security, entertainment and retail industries. He has spent more than 12 years in Operations and Sales Management, leading teams across both large multinational organisations and local SMEs.
Having worked alongside teams on the frontline, Jason understands the importance of giving people the right skills, knowledge and support to do their jobs well. He is passionate about practical training that helps employees develop, build confidence and, most importantly, stay safe at work.
Jason believes people are at the heart of every organisation. When it comes to workplace health and safety, he believes that having the right people, training and processes in place makes all the difference.
