Rosie Bywater is Safety 'n Action's Outbound Sales Representative for Albany & West Auckland, bringing a background as a Registered Nurse to the team after many years working at Waitakere Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and, over her career, completed extensive first aid training and the full range of health and safety training required of hospital staff, from First Aid Level 1 and Level 2 through to ongoing workplace safety and emergency response courses.
What motivates her is straightforward: she's spent her career making sure people are looked after when it matters most, and now she helps businesses build that same standard of care into their workplaces. Her clinical background gives her a unique perspective on first aid and emergency preparedness that few in the industry can match, and she brings a calm, practical approach to every client relationship, listening closely to understand what each business really needs.
Outside of work, weekends are all about family, spending time with her husband and kids.
