Regional Training Manager Lower South Island
Safety ‘n Action’s Lower North Island Regional Training Manager Grant Degarnham, is making the move back to Dunedin to take on the role of our Lower South Island Regional Training Manager
I really relish the challenge in this vocation, changing people’s attitudes, and old habits and equipping them with new skills, knowledge, and a better understanding of why Health and Safety is so important when they come to our courses.
I’ve always been passionate about Health and Safety through my 20+ years in Construction and as a Career Firefighter.
In my 7 years with Safety 'n Action I have built up a Training repertoire, whether its Cranes or Schools, I get enjoyment when a student says they have learnt a new skill or now know why we do what we do.
I’m looking forward to heading back home to Dunners after 2 years in Wellington (NZs second-best City) where I’ve been a Trainer and am Currently Regional Training Manager of Lower North Island.
