Terms and Condition of Prize
- Bookings for Open Courses only are elligible to win, when made between 00:01 June 10th, 2019 and 23:59 July 13th. The Competition does not apply to any Company or Onsite bookings.
- The ‘Prize’ is two night’s stay in the Millennium Hotel in Queenstown, inclusive of flights, breakfast and one bottle of bubbly.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Bookings are subject to availability and must be booked between August 1st, 2019 and July 31st, 2020. Bookings are not valid between the dates of October 24th – October 28th, 2019, December 14th, 2019 - January 2nd 2020, and April 10th – April 14th, 2010.
- Maximum covered persons are two adults.
- The prize does not include any items outside of those directly listed, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, additional meals, or room service.
- If the Prize (or part thereof) becomes unavailable for whatever reason, Safety ‘n Action reserves the right to substitute the Prize or part of it for an item of an equivalent value
- Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Safety ‘n Action and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the Prize.
- By accepting this Prize you agree that Safety ‘n Action may use the personal information we collect from you:
- To conduct this promotion, including disclosing that information to the prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities; and
- For future marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Safety ‘n Action reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this competition at any time.
