The Certified Handler Preparation Course is intended to prepare students for their application for Certified Handler.
Certified Handler Preparation is only suitable for people who deal specifically with highly hazardous substances, such as; explosives, fumigants, vertebrate toxic agents, and acutely toxic substances class 6.1A and 6.1B.
It requires students to hold NZQA unit standard 31290, Demonstrate knowledge of the safe management and potential adverse effects of hazardous substances in the workplace. As such, we will need to complete a record of learning check before we can confirm your booking on this course.
