Ensure you understand the key requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act (2015) and if your organisation is compliant with these. Use this seminar to seek clarification around any concerns or gaps and identify recommended solutions with our health and safety expert.

The seminar provides a foundation for you to create a plan for addressing improvements and change within your organisation, ensuring compliance with the Act, as well as reviewing latest case studies to demonstrate commercial risk. We will also cover relevant terminologies, such as PCBU, Officer and Worker, to clarify the responsibilities and duties of these groups or individuals.

Students need to have 3 months of work experience in the industry prior to doing the course.
