VOC assessments are delivered one-on-one with a trainer, allowing operators to be assessed individually without taking entire teams off-site. This flexible approach means staff can rotate through the assessment while maintaining normal operations.
VOC field assessments are designed to facilitate the ongoing assessment of trained individuals in their workplace environment. Completing these competency assessments ensures that correct procedures are being used in the workplace.
Competency Assessed:
A practical competency assessment for personnel involved in slinging loads and directing crane movements.
This VOC verifies correct lifting gear use, load control, communication methods, and adherence to approved codes of practice and company procedures during crane operations.
This assessment confirms that operators are applying their existing knowledge and experience in line with workplace procedures and best practice, ensuring continued competency over time.
Upon completion, you will receive a VOC report outlining each trainee's areas of competency and any areas that may require further training or additional VOC checks in the future.
