First Aid Level 1 - Basic: Essential first aid and CPR. NZQA Unit Standards 6401 and 6402.

First Aid Level 2 - Advanced: Manage first aid in an emergency, alongside first aid and CPR. NZQA Unit Standards 6400, 6401 and 6402.

Flexible training for you and your team:

Blended Level 1 Basic combines theory completed ahead of time with a four-hour practical session. Blended Level 2 Advanced includes an eight-hour practical session. Book an individual place or enquire about training at your workplace.

During your participation in this one-day basic First Aid, you will gain the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform basic life support (CPR) and administer first aid to persons feeling the initial impact of bleeds, burns, fractures, soft tissue injuries, and poisons. Unit standards covered: 6402, 6401.
First Aid Level 1 - Basic Refresher (Blended Learning)

This nationally recognised First Aid Level 2 Advanced course prepares you to recognise emergencies and respond confidently. Complete the theory online or on paper, then attend the practical session to develop a wide range of first aid and basic life support skills. Unit standards covered: 6402, 6401, 6400.
First Aid Level 2 - Advanced (Face to Face)

This nationally recognised First Aid course will teach you the skill and knowledge to recognise emergencies, and comfortably be a first responder to provide a range of first aid treatment and basic life support in line with the New Zealand Resuscitation Council guidelines. Unit standards covered: 6402, 6401, 6400
